NEXT EVENT - BHSA AGM- 16th September 2011
Dear Parents and Guardians
You are all invited to the annual general meeting of the BHSA on Friday the 16th September 2011, wine soft drinks and nibbles will be served from 7.30 p.m. onwards. This is an informal event for you to get together with other parents and committee members.
The BHSA is a group of parents who organize social events raising money for our children’s school, in the past two years we have raised money for the drama department, ICT tents , cooking equipment for the expeditions, Mini-Bus, gym equipment and curtains for McComish Hall ( to be fitted after autumn half term), and lots of other smaller things.
We have had great fun planning and attending the events as we are all aware it’s those extra’s that take the strain off the school fees.
This year my vice Chair the treasurer and myself have stepped down so if you feel you could step into one of these roles or would like to be a member of the committee please complete the attached form, if you feel this would be too much of a commitment please consider sharing one of these roles.

Friday Afternoon Tea & Cake
On the first Friday of every month, parents are invited to come and have afternoon tea and cake with the Headmaster
 
Tea and cake will be provided by the schools excellent catering staff.
